Fashion Illustrations inspired by New York Fashion Week 2016

NYFW 2016 just ended. There were so many shows collections I want to draw!

Here are two fashion designers I have been a long time fan and their work never disappoints me! Can't wait until next season :-)

Live sketch at Neiman Marcus Houston Spring Trend fashion show

I had a great opportunity work with Neiman Marcus Houston last Wednesday to live sketch their runway models featuring spring trends. In the end, there were 15 lucky winners to be able to won my fashion sketches! What a fun idea!

I pre-sketched 12 looks before the show and live sketched three during  the show! There was a videographer behind me live stream the whole process of the sketching. I couldn't be happier work with awesome NM team for a fun night of Fashion and art!

Fashion Illustration Inspired by Golden Globes 2016

I just finished a fashion illustration inspired by my favorite Golden Globes red carpet look from Jenna Tatum. She wore a beautiful navy Zuhair Murad gown. I absolutley fall in love with the design. the dress brought me to deep dark universe. I use gouache and a little bit glitter to complete this piece.
